By accessing and using rwdly ('the Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service shall be subject to the Terms of Service.

rwdly provides a platform where users can complete tasks in exchange for points that can be redeemed for rewards including gift cards, cash, and other prizes.

The Service is provided 'as is' and rwdly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.

You agree not to use the Service to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity.

You may not use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service for commercial purposes ('screen scraping').

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any unredeemed points.

Points earned through the Service have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold to other users.

rwdly reserves the right to adjust point values, modify reward offerings, and set expiration dates for points at any time.

Rewards are subject to availability. rwdly is not responsible if a reward becomes unavailable after points have been redeemed.

Points may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of these Terms of Service.

All tasks must be completed honestly and in accordance with the specific task requirements.

rwdly reserves the right to verify task completion and reject submissions that do not meet requirements.

Fraudulent task completion or attempts to game the system will result in account termination and forfeiture of points.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by rwdly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

rwdly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall rwdly's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of one hundred dollars ($100).

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
